Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

Happy Father's Day!

 

For our Father's Day picnic I made these homemade ice cream sandwiches from Joy of Baking.

They were delicious but I don't think I'll work with ice cream on a regular basis. Too melty and messy!

this is the best I've seen yet, what talent, I use to work a "Cookie bouquet" and I loved making everyone of them. Now I'm making greeting cards. Great Job and God Bless YOu
